Had a client walk in holding her anxious cat in her arms and the receptionist informed her that cats are required to arrive with and be in a CARRIER . Her response was that she was CARRYing the cat so she was the CARRYer. No lady a CARRIER...but I am the CARRYer and I'm CARRYing the cat so the cat is here with a CARRYer. So, we brought up the cat "CARRIER" and placed her cat in it until she left and gave her the CARRIER to hold. Her response...so now I'm CARRYing a CARRIER...so I'm a CARRYer of a CARRIER......no you're just a moron and exhibiting signs of a PUNCH TO THE FACE DEFICIENCY...
I have had so many animals go sprinting out in to the road after the owner insisted that they didn't need a leash or a carrier. All it takes is one dog and the cat climbs up the lady's face.... and who do you think gets sued then? The vet and the vet clinic.
ReplyDelete"punch to the face deficiency"- i'm going to have to use that one
ReplyDeleteMy Huskies inadvertently taught a woman that she should use a carrier for her cat. Her cat went berserk when my dogs and I walked into the vet's office. So we (my dogs and I) sat calmly at the receptionist's office while the vet tech, the woman, and the receptionist try to get the cat back. AND THEN...the woman had the gall to tell me that I need to control my dog. The receptionist told the woman that she needs to leave and come back when she put her cat in a carrier. Yup, there's a reason why I love my vet, and they get a huge basket of goodies every Christmas...
ReplyDeleteOr when a client call my staff "incompetent fools" because they will not allow her 6 year old child hold the fractious cat for vaccines..... Yah, clients get fired too. Don't try to set us up for a lawsuit you money grubbing twit!
